We collect only what we need, we protect what we collect, and we never sell your personal data.

Information We Collect

• Account details (name, email, password, organization info)
• Product content (ideas, briefs, canvas materials, documents)
• Communications through AI assistants and support channels
• Billing information via payment processors

Information collected automatically:

• Usage metrics (features accessed, session length, navigation patterns)
• Device details (browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address)
• Access logs (timestamps, viewed pages, referring URLs)
• Third-party integration data

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve our services, personalize AI responses, enhance user experience, send communications, detect fraud, and meet legal requirements.

Your product data and conversations are not used to train general AI models. Your content remains yours.

Cookies & Tracking

We use the following categories of cookies and similar storage:

• Strictly necessary: Authentication, security, and remembering your consent choice. Always on.
• Functional: UI preferences such as theme. The site works without these.
• Anonymous aggregate analytics: Aggregate page and event counts via PostHog. No cookies, no per-user profile.
• Identifying analytics: First-party analytics cookies via PostHog enabling per-user attribution post-login. Off by default in jurisdictions requiring prior consent (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada); enabled when you accept via our cookie banner.

You can change your choice anytime via Privacy choices in the footer or by clearing cookies through your browser.

Data Retention

Active account data remains during your subscription. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, backups within 90 days. Anonymized analytics may persist longer, and legal obligations may extend retention.

Children's Privacy

Helix is designed for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from younger users.

Policy Changes

Material modifications will trigger email or platform notification at least 30 days prior to implementation.
